How to add the fan only control to google nest

I had the G wire added so I can run the fan without the heat. But I don't see the option to control the fan on the thermostat or the app. I don't have AC on this thermostat. I'd like to run just the fan when I burn a fire in the fireplace. How do I make the fan control appear?

If you go to your thermostat display you should see a fan icon. Select it and you can activate the fan from 15 minutes up to 12 hours.

Turns out the google nest 2020 cannot have a fan-only option. After chatting with Google directly I was told I have to have a Google nest learning thermostat.
