This has gone on long enough!! I’ve truly had it with the low battery and the connectivity constantly being dropped! I spent hours on the phone with “techs”. I want it replaced OR I need to change brands entirely. This is massively frustrating for the hundreds, maybe thousands who have this problem!!! PLEASE!
