How to limit daytime pre-heating

We've just got a Nest and have limited the True Radiant pre heating but that only impacts it at night. During the daytime it keeps on coming on about 2 or 3 hours before it needs to be at temperature. Is there any way of limiting this in the daytime as on the app it only allows you to limit it at night.
