I get e195 error only between 8pm and 11am? Between 11am and 8pm the system works great... Help?????

I'm puzzled because... If the system works perfect for a nine hour span of time then I know its not the wiring. So I do not know where to even begin. I don't want to have to wait until 11am to have my air come on. Its been far too hot for that....??

Running into an error code is never ideal, sorry this is the case here. Let's see if we can isolate the issue and ensure the system is working properly at all times. The error you are getting usually is due to the R wire not providing enough power to the device. If you could, please double-check all the wiring as well as your HVAC system to ensure everything is working properly.
 
If you are unsure on how your system should be working, I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look. They would be able to isolate the issue and ensure you are good to go. Please let me know if you are still having trouble from here.

I have something similar, but not between only some hours. It looks like randomly,  I get the error,  the AC doesn't work for a while because the Nest doesn't give a signal, then it starts working but not for too long, and the cycle repeats. Any suggestions what might be the issue?
