I have a Nest Learning Thermostat, and it's turning my baxi gas boiler on by itself at random times.

Good morning Nest support 

I hava a problem with my Nest learning thermostat 

looks like thermostat is activated my baxi system gas boiler on, by itself at random times 

 I've turned off all of the Nest Sense settings, scheduling, lerning etc.... but it's still happening.

on the 1st april was happened first time this sytuation but the temperature outside was -1 °c  so I thought is anty frost system but from now the temperature outside is + 

In the application status for Hiting and Hot water is OFF

any idea ?

is boiler or Nest issues

Hi @mariusz-kasia. Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted for you. Can you share a screenshot of the expanded view of your Energy History? It will tell us why the thermostat turned on the heating.

Gas Engineer check the installation and disconnected boiler anti frost sensor

for now looks like all is working fine,

so Nest learning thermostat is working correctly
