I have a two zone system. The Main Thermostat on the first floor and a secondary on the second floor

I can hear the main furnace kick on and it blows cool air but the outside AC condenser doesn't come on.

It looks like your current thermostat is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.

You have both an O and B wire and none of the Nests are compatible when both of those wires are present.

Sometimes a B wire is used as a C wire, but this isn't the case this time.

Ok Thank You. So even a Nest Smart Thermostat will not work?

Nope, I don't know what other brand might work.
