I have a Gray wire extra and a blue wire Extra I do have the white the green the yellow and the red as far as the extra blue and Gray wire what do I do with them do I leave them?

Thanks for reachingg out to us and welcome to our community. I would be happy to take a look at your wiring setup. 
 
Can you please provide a photo of your HVAC's wiring? That way, I can read which wire is going where. 
 
I look forward to your response and am hopeful we can decode the wires. 🙂
