Do you have the Learning thermostat model? If you do, the Nest is learning your habits and automatically setting a schedule. If this is not what you want to happen, you can turn off Auto Schedule in the Nest settings. And you will have to delete the schedule it built by going into the Reset menu on the Nest itself and then selecting Schedule.
