The good news is, based on the wires of your old thermostat as shown on your photo, your system is compatible with our Nest thermostat. However, you also need to check on your old thermostat's voltage as Google Nest thermostats are designed to work with most 24 V systems, even older systems. We highly suggest as well that you check your system’s compatibility before purchasing a Nest thermostat with our online Compatibility Checker just like johnCNA suggested above.
