If i add a family member can they access my Google calendar and emails?

 have lodgers and want to add them as family members to nest. But it seems they will also have access to my Google calendar and email account?!! Is this so and how do I prevent it?

Hey Sumptuous,

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here. Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out to us! There is no need to fear--your family members cannot see your Google Calendar or Gmail information. Using the Google Home app to manage your Nest devices will only extend its privileges to controlling/customizing device preferences.
