Incompatible Nest wires

I'm upgrading my Nest, older model where rhe outside dial turns (wires, Y1, G, Rc, W1, Rh) to a new one (Nest thermostat) and the Google home app is saying the wiring is incompatible. Could someone please tell me how it's incompatible and if I can fix it? Or how to wire the new one to work? Thanks!

You have separate Rc and Rh wires which means you have a dual transformer system and it is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd or 4th Gen. It is not compatible with the Google Nest Thermostat (2020)
