I have two Nest learning thermostats. They both show the incorrect room temperature.. I have reset them both, unplugged them, and reset the to factory settings without success. They are 5 years old. How do I solve this problem?

YES! Same exact issue. It’s below freezing outside but my nest thermostat says it’s 91 degrees inside. Can’t even turn on the emergency heat bc it tops out at 90 degrees. My thermostat is 2 years old.

How was the issue resolved?

Took it off the wall and threw it away. Mine had something to do with the batteries retaining heat so switching out the batteries helped for a little, but it went back to showing the wrong temp 20 minutes later. I’ll never buy another Google home product.

Same issue here, installed this morning and the room temperature is stuck at 75. I reset it and no change. Restored to factory settings an reinstalled it and no change. Very frustrating. I have a thermometer in the same room and it reads 67.
