Error N260 means you need to have the C wire installed. You can create one using a spare wire at your thermostat if you have one or you can use the Nest Power Connector.

I'd like to jump in here and check if you've seen Patrick_Caezza's response. Have you tried to connect a C (common)wire to your Nest thermostat?
