Installation Wiring Help

Good morning,

I need help with wiring. Some of the color coding does not match up and I see a bridge on the old thermostat.
Someone pointed out that I have a heat pump system with back up heat. Please confirm and let me know if the following wiring scheme is correct for my conditions.

R = Rc
G=G
Y=Y1
C=C
O=OB
W=W2 (No Bridge Required)

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'm sorry for the delay. You don't have to mind the colors of the wires, what's important is the labels where they are inserted, because those terminals have specific functions, and it would tell what are the functions of each wires. 

It looks like you have a heat pump system. Do you happen to know if you have stage 2 heating or an Emergency heat? Also, I noticed that you have 2 extra wires. I'd like to see if we can use them for additional function to your system. Could you please take a photo of the wires connected directly to your system's control board? Ensure that the labels of the wires are visible.
