Installed Nest now no hot water

Yesterday we installed a new nest thermostat just the very basic model.  But now we have no hot water what is going on?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'd like to help you out. First of all, I'll ask you to answer the following questions:

1. Did the Hot Water work yesterday?
2. Do you have a system or a combi boiler? Is the control On/Off or Opentherm?
3. What's the status of the Heat Link's LED light?
4. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
5. Does the thermostat call for Hot Water?
6. How does the thermostat display look when you boost the hot water? Also, what do you have on the Nest app?
7. Does the Hot Water work if you put the Heat Link on Manual Mode?
