Interior temperature display

When I first installed the nest at my cabin, it displayed the interior temperature down to actual temperature. Now, it only displays down to 50°. I turn off the safe temperature settings, because I winterize and don't run heat when not there, but still want to monitor interior temperature. Any idea what changed?

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

A few questions to further isolate the issue. Are you referring to the Nest app or Google Home app when you say you're no longer seeing the internal/ambient temperature? If it is in the Nest Thermostat, you could change what you see on your thermostat display. Check this link to find out how.
