Is Nest Thermostat compatible?

I currently have this existing wiring on my system. Would this be compatible with a nest thermostat?

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo. 

Basing on the labels of your thermostat wires, you have a non-standard ones so your system is proprietary. I'm afraid that proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
