Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community forum. We’ve checked your HVAC make and current controller. It seems to be working on stranded wire and a proprietary system. Normally, it's not compatible with our Nest thermostat, but if you can provide us with more information about your system, like the model of the HVAC and a photo of your current thermostat wiring and HVAC control board wiring.
You could also check it from your end by going into our Nest thermostat compatibility.
