My Nest learning thermostat repeatedly cannot connect to the wifi. My two (2) other Nest thermostats are connected. I have done multiple reset attempts, and my nest thermostat cannot find the wifi in the house.
I have tried resetting the device, restoring it to factory setting and starting over.
None of these have made a difference. I have checked voltages. I get a W5 error sometimes. Other times a M15 error. I have tried connecting it through the Nest app and the Google Home app. No luck. Any advice?

I am having the same issue. My google home mini’s are connected and I can use wifi on my phone and tv and computer but my thermostat won’t connect and it won’t even let me past the initial connection screen so I can’t reset it anymore or anything

I can reset my device. In fact, I have several times. My Nest Thermostat searches for wifi but can't find any networks. However, my other 2 Nest Thermostats are connected.

At first mine did let me reset it and I did a few times but then I went into something to reconnect it and now it won’t leave the set up and it wont connect to wifi

I am having the exact same issue. I have 3 that work and 1 will not connect to same WIFI system (and was working fine for 5 months). How can I get a replacement? Apple says I'm outside the return window and impossible to get a person at Nest Google. The was expensive.

If you go into troubleshooting, it has a spot for w5 connection issues, and the bottom of the page it says contact us. Fill out the form and it will ask if you want a call or chat online- I did a call and they contacted me within 5 min. W5 means that the thermostat needs to be replaced

Sorry where do I find troubleshooting? Is there a link that goes to call? How do I know if I have a w5 connection issue?

It should tell you on the thermostat if you reset it and it will come up on the Home Screen

See my other posts… you need to contact Google. W5 means it needs to be replaced

OK I restarted and it's saying W3 internet connection. But it worked fine before. And it is seeing my networks just not connecting now. And also it's gone dark entirely and takes a while for me to see the dial. Something is clearly wrong.
