Hi,
Looking to upgrade to a Google Nest for my aircraft hangar. Is this wiring compatible? I can’t find answers anywhere.
Thanks.

If possible attach a picture of the wiring terminals for the thermostat. Usually you can take the face of it off and will see some colored wires connected to terminals usually labeled with letters like W R G Y W1, etc.
You can also check compatibility yourself once you know how the current thermostat is wired, using the Compatibility Checker.

How do I add a photo? I took one for the original post but it never paired with the text.

Yes, your current thermostat is fully compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.
Here is my recommended wiring,
Green - G to G
White - W to W1 or W
Red - RH to Rh or R (jumper to RC not needed)

I would strongly recommend that you install a C wire to ensure there are no power problems down the road. There are a couple of ways you can add a C wire, Use a spare wire if one is there, Pull a new 18/5 thermostat cable, connect both ends to the C terminals, or use the Google Nest Power Connector to create a C wire.

The right temp 8035C is fully compatible with a conventional HVAC control system that operates on 24 V AC. The answer is yes you can replace that with a Nest programmable thermostat prayer. From the looks of it your system is a heating only thermostat controlling. There is no compressor or AC.
