This is my current thermostat that I am trying to replace with a Google Nest. Will this work with the Nest?

Your best bet is to use the Google Nest compatibility checker.

hey everyone,
Thanks for being here.
@johnCNA, thank you for helping out.
@Atomax, were you able to check it out from the online compatibility checker? If you still need help, please take a clearer photo and indicate the labels of your wire for us to better check your system compatibility.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Ryan

Hey Atomax,
Thanks for the update.
Based on your wiring labels, it looks to be compatible with Nest Thermostat (as long as it is a 24V HVAC system)
Also, one of the good things is that your system already has a C wire. You'll then need to connect these wires to Nest Thermostat to the same label on Nest Thermostat terminal.
Let me know how it goes by replying to this thread.
