Is my system compatible

Here is my wiring, is it compatible for Nest

Hey Lagoose, 

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo. 

Based on the wires of your current thermostat, it is compatible with any of our Nest thermostat devices. Just wire it as is and you'll be good to go without the jumper wire connecting the R and RC terminal. However, you need to confirm of the B wire is a common wire. If it is, place it on the Nest thermostat's C terminal.

We ended up having to pay someone to install it. Had all the wires right but the system would not recognize the green (?) wire. Thank you for your help
