Hello Prats12,

It looks like you have a variety of wires in your old thermostat system, and compatibility with the Google Nest can sometimes be a bit tricky.

Based on the wires you've listed, your heating system being forced air with oil and central forced air for cooling is important information. Generally, the wires you've mentioned are commonly found in HVAC systems, and many are compatible with the Nest Thermostat. Please follow this as your Nest Thermostat installation guide:

  • Yellow wire > Y terminal (cooling)
  • Blue wire > C terminal (24-volt common)
  • Orange wire > O/B terminal (heat pump)
  • Green wire > G terminal (fan)
  • White wire > W terminal (heating)
  • Red wire > Rc terminal (power); don't connect the jumper wire as you no longer have to use it in the Nest Thermostat.

Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further assistance!

Best regards,
Mark
