Give this wiring a try.

Blue - B to C

White - W to W2 or W (jumper to X2 not needed)

Red - R to Rc or R

Brown - T - not used

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

Green - G to G

Orange - O to OB or */OB

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat
