Is this compatible for google Nest?

So I'm trying to figure out if my wiring is compatible for this installation.

G, Y, W, Rh, B, O, RC

Red wire is connected to Y - W

Pink wire is connected to Rh - Rc

Yes it is compatible.

Give this a try

Green - G to G

Yellow - W to Y1 (jumper from Y not needed)

Pink - RH to Rc (jumper to RC not needed)

Blue - O to OB

I can't tell if that white wire is connected to anything or not. If it is not being used I would suggest turning it into the C wire.

Hey Patrick thanks for the assistance. I actually figured out myself when I installed it. I didn't realize the device came with a troubleshooting procedure to it. And I did a youtube search for an explanation of the wiring. It all made sense once I understood the wiring. Thanks again.
