Yes, your current thermostat is compatible with the Google Nest Thermostat and the other two.

Try this wiring

Red - Rc to R

Yellow - Y1 to Y

Green - G to G

White - W1/E to W

Blue (Black?) C to C

When asked which wire you have, select.

W/W1, Y/Y1, G/G1,R, and C
