I'm setting up a new Nest Thermostat. I'm replacing a Honeywell connected thermostat. I have 5 wires.
Blue to C, Green to G, Yellow to Y, White to O/B and Red to R
I went through the set up process and attached the wires per the recommend locations, which corresponded to what I had. Blue to C, Green to G, Yellow to Y, White to O/B and Red to R
I have pictures attached.
The issue is, when I turned the AC on, both the AC and the Furnace both turn on. I disconnected the wires and reconnected, but same issue. I took the Nest off and put on my old unit and it's working fine.
Thoughts?

This is my setup and compare
but if I’m not mistaken the white wire has to go in to the W terminal

So, I hooked up the white wire to the white terminal on the Nest (shouldn't have been on the the OB) and the AC turns on without the furnace.
The issue I have now, is the heat is turning on the fan, but not the furnace.

Issue resolved. I needed to reset the unit to recognize the new wires.
