I beta tested a Honeywell Lyric and when Google Home became a thing I easily added the Lyric, but as the years went by I began to lose access to features that previously had worked fine. Unfortunately shortly after Honeywell sold to Residio and everything stopped functioning.. So I replaced with a bear thermostat which works great. My problem being it won't let me remove the Lyric because I don't have a Resideo account with a Lyric assigned to it... because it was registered to my Honeywell account...

While we don't support unlinking your Google account with your Honeywell thermostat, have you tried reaching out to Resideo's customer support for assistance? They might be able to help you navigate the transition from Honeywell to Resideo accounts and ensure a smoother removal process.
In the meantime, if you associate your Honeywell account with your Google Home, Please check out your account profile information so you can remove it from your Google account.
