Hey Tessav,

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and ensure you are good to go. Please let me know if you are still having trouble from here controlling the other 2 devices, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake

Hi Jake had problems replying and emails returned so hopefully you will see this (see how useless I am at all this stuff!). Can I get back to later today as I really do need help still. Thanks. Tessa

Hey Tessav,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting a reply out. I do see this message, and will be more than happy to help you out. Just to get ahead of the game a little, do you mind me asking if all the devices are the same type of thermostat? Are you seeing any error codes or messages when trying to add the others to the app? Please let me know, so we can get you all set up.

Best regards,

Jake
