Kill Auto Eco

I have 2 nest thermostats.
All I want is to set a home schedule for comfort and sleep and an away schedule for eco.
Every time I think I have it I wake up and it’s freezing… because it goes into auto eco mode.
I want to KILL Auto-Eco. Tell me go to do it please.
