Learning Thermostat entry key

replaced an older thermostat with a new Learning Thermostat.  It is connected to wifi but cannot connect to my app.  The entry key is only 6 digits and the installation procedure calls for 7.

I ran into this earlier. The hardware you have is the newer version (3) and the setup you're running is for series 1 & 2. Try starting over with the blue level thermostat version it should only ask for 6
