Learning Thermostat

Hello I setup my Nest Learning Thermostat in two separate rooms. The first thermostat setup and cooling testing was successful.

the second thermostat continues to blow hot air in the cooling test and the wiring setup is the same as the first. What am I doing wrong? I live in Arizona and could use a lifeline.
