My thermostat humidity sensor reads 0%, went through all the troubleshooting and ended up finding out that the sensor is in the base plate. I’m only able to find second hand plates on eBay, anyway I can buy an original one? The thermostat is 2 years old, I’m not very happy it’s not working properly.

The official Google Store sells the base on the next link: Buy Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation base.

Thanks, my base plate looks different though. It’s got a usb plug. I need the base plate for the stand.
