Learning thermostat WiFi stopped working

Dasdas

Everything worked fine for year. One day  I received a message that there was a battery power issue. I don’t remember the exact message. It eventually cleared but ever since then, I have not been able to reconnect to WiFi. It will not auto detect WiFi or allow for manual entry.  I’ve tried several times to reconnect and cannot get further than the m15 error. Any help will be appreciated.

If it used to connect to WiFi, but no longer does, and the re-setting does nothing, this is a known error at Nest.  I had it happen myself on 1 of my 3 thermostats.  Contact Google/Nest support (I used chat) and they will send you a new unit.  You return the old one in the same box.  Then all will work again.

Hey folks,

Thanks for answering and for the suggestion, ASzaf.

Dasdas, have you had the chance to reach out to our support team about this? If no, what type of thermostat do you have? Are you getting a message or a code on your thermostat display when trying to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network? Also, have you tried it on a mobile hotspot or on another network if it's able to connect?

Melba
