Learning thermostat compatibility check.

Hi there, the app will not let me select a photo to submit for the compatibility check as it is asking for permission to access the camera despite already having approval. Is there a way I can post it on here to receive assistance?

It sounds like you've already granted camera permission for the compatibility check, yet the app is requesting it again. This can be frustrating, so let's see how we can resolve it. While the app might be acting strangely, you can still check compatibility through a web browser using the official link to the Nest compatibility checker.

Knowing your HVAC system type (furnace, heat pump, or conventional) might also be helpful for troubleshooting compatibility issues. Let me know which one you have if the above step doesn't work.
