Learning thermostat

After two factory resets the thermostat will recognize my Wi-Fi account but will not connect with the Nest app

Hey Spyder, 

 

Sorry to hear about your Nest Learning Thermostat not connecting to your WiFi network but thanks for bringing it up to the Google Nest Community. I want to dig deeper into it. 

 

A few questions — are you getting a message or a code on your Google Home/Nest app or on your thermostat's display? If yes, what is it? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps that you've already tried so we could pick up from where you've left off?
