Lock a temperature range

How do I set up/lock an acceptable temperature range for this thermostat in my rental? I don’t want people going below 65 in summer and 72 in winter in a beach property.

You can use the safety temperatures feature to achieve the temperature range:

The ability to lock the thermostat only applies to the older models, not the newest Nest Thermostat.
