For some unknown reason, my energy use history hasn’t been updated since Saturday. I have had the Nest Thermostat for more than 6 years, but I am still using the Nest Account, haven’t migrated to the Google Account. Is this the reason that I can no longer see my Energy Use History?
How can I fix it?

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. What can you see on your Nest app when checking your energy history? Also could you try to restart your Nest Thermostat. Check this guide for more details.
