Lost or incorrect history

My Nest thermostat has a day of history missing and some other days have an inconsistent record where the detail shows more heating time than at the summary level

Thanks for posting ― let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

3rd gen learning 

  • The problems began before Christmas…..originally thdd ex issue was losing internet but no other devices had a problem. The only ‘error code’ was a low battery, but it was always connected via a base. Voltage shows around 3.9v so higher than the 3.7 needed. Some days of history lost when disconnected from internet for a period, other days incorrectly summarised ….for example showing 15 mins on the summary with more more on the ‘exploded’ detail

I have received a replacement from Google which works fine. We tried many “fixes” but nothing worked, so the original Nest must have developed a fault.

Sorted…..we received a replacement from Google which works fine. Turns out the first one developed a fault
