Low battery?

Brand new nest thermostat, installed 2days ago. It says low battery? Working great otherwise. Did not tell me on my iPhone. Only on the display itself. Any help please.
otherwise I will have to return it, and try another one.

Hi Dougsaad,

Thank you for your posting.

Give these steps a whirl:

Ensure that the wires are connected properly
Remove the thermostat display from its base and check if any connector pins are bent.
If the issue persists, contact a pro installer to discuss your options.
