I migrated my Nest account to Google Home. I have four Nest Learning Thermostats and none of them have the icons for temperature presets or schedule. See attached image for reference:
I have this same issue as described in this thread linked below, but we can no longer "sign in with Nest" as we are forced to use a Google account, so the solution presented did not help me:

First, nothing is happening to the Google Nest app on Sept. 29, except that support for "Works with Nest" (which allows smart home devices from other manufacturers to work with Nest devices) is being dropped:
Second, you migrated from a Nest ACCOUNT to a Google ACCOUNT, NOT from the Google Nest APP to the Google Home APP. As I mentioned, we migrated 3 years ago and still have to use the Google Nest app for our older cameras and doorbells.
Third, the "Nest Learning Thermostat" and "Nest Thermostat E" can ONLY get installed in the Google Nest app (regardless of migration), but once installed are also accessible for some functions in the Google Home app (if you've migrated). ONLY the "Nest Thermostat" gets installed in the Google Home app.

We have cameras, doorbells and Nest Hubs, but no thermostat. However, if you're now viewing your Nest Learning Thermostat in the Google Home app, perhaps some settings are only available in the Google Nest app for that thermostat. That's what this topic seems to imply:

Once you migrate from a Nest Account to a Google Account, you still continue to use the Google Nest app (using "Sign in with Google") for some settings. We migrated 3 years ago, but full control for all of our older cameras and doorbells is still available only in the Google Nest app.

That's a good thought, but I see these options in this video showcasing the Google Home app (link below). And not being able to set a schedule kind of defaults the purpose of the smart thermostats. The schedule is currently working as that migrated from Nest too. But the weather is changing and soon I'll need to change over to the heating schedule instead of cooling.

Unless, of course, you mean this issue is simply BECAUSE I migrated instead of setting the thermostats up in Google Home from the beginning. But what will happen in 3 days? My understanding is the Nest app will no longer work.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.
On-point explanation, @MplsCustomer. Thanks for the input here.
@Dwight4, in addition to what was shared above, the Temperature Presets for the schedule are only available in the Nest Thermostat 2020 model. Migration is optional and, once complete, isn't reversible, so it's important to understand the changes migration will bring. It doesn't add features that are not available on Google Nest or Home devices, but merely for account-based changes only. Here's an article about the Temperature schedules for the Nest Thermostat.
We recommend you read all the information in the Important Changes When You Migrate and Privacy and Terms of Service sections. Let us know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Mark

Perhaps that video applies only to the "Nest Thermostat", which gets installed in the Google Home app, and NOT to the "Nest Learning Thermostat" or "Nest Thermostat E", which get installed in the Google Nest app but then are accessible in the Google Home app.
Neither Google Nest's naming conventions nor its two-app solution help to make things clear.
