Model number

Where do I find the whole model number, and why didn’t they simply list it in the data, seems like a good idea to me.

The model number really isn't used for much.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community and we're sorry for the delay. The model number of the Nest Thermostat is G4CVZ and it is showing in the packaging just like any other thermostat.

Also, you could check this link to know which Nest Thermostat you're using.
