Multifamily Application of Google Nest Thermostats

We own a 252 unit garden-style apartment community in Cleveland Ohio.  We would like to install Google Nest Thermostats in the units to support a sustainability initiative. 

Does Google Nest offer any support for property managers or apartment community applications?

Is there any best practices recommendations?
