Multiple rooms, underfloor heating, separate air conditioning

I have a new Ariston gas boiler managing underfloor water heating with a separate Haier Air conditioning system. Can the Nest Thermostat manage both systems at the same time? For multiple rooms I presume I just buy multiple Thermostats?.
