My Account can't be migrated

I am not interested in migrating my account.  I just want to be able to change the temperature in my house!  I can't manage to change to Google -- can't log in, don't get information, just get more and more frustrated.

 

If I am unable to continue with the Nest account, I will just have to change thermostats.  I'm sure another company will be more responsive to my problems.

Lemme guess...your problem is that you bought the Nest thermostat yesterday--or at least after 2019.  The registration procedure assumes that you have a Nest account to migrate.  Because you don't, you are stuck. 

Same for me.  Nest Hub, four Nest Audios, and Chromecast all installed easily.  The thermostat?  A pretty, overpriced mirror.

You know what happens when a programmer ASSUMEs.

I finally found how to NOT migrate.  But I'll be watching for a bargain on a different set of thermostats and lights.  This is becoming too much of a techie problem for me.

Is there a answer? Imstuck in the middle and cant get back in to cameras or thermostat
