Firstly I’d like to say how frustrating it’s been to get to this chat.
Your help pages are in denial on the fact that your products can dare fail!
I have a heat link that’s failed. I’ve learnt since having this issue it’s VERY COMMON!
Your help pages are utter crap and send you round in frustrating circles in utter denial that your product can do anything but fail!
The power to the heat sink is fine. I know this because I had to buy another one to confirm the old one had failed.
I’d like the dead one replaced please.
