Hello,
My nest thermostat was working perfectly up to now (I bougth it 3 years ago) and this morning the heat link is completely dead. No power at all.
The fuses are ok, power is arriving at the entry of the heat link, but no light at all appears on the heat link.
It tried to disconnect and reconnect, nothing happened.
I tried also to reinitialize by pressing 20s the button, but no reaction, still nothing.

I have the same issue. How do yoy actually get to speak to someone. Only. installled in 2021 so under warranty.

2. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
3. Have you had any power cuts recently?
4. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
5. How many zones are present in the setup?

Thanks! Could you please also try or confirm the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if all the breaker switches are set to on.
2. Turn the breaker switches off and back to on.
3. Try to turn on manual mode.

Hello, I contacted the Nest support through the Nest application. After some fair questions, the solution proposed was to replace the heat link. I'm now waiting for the arrival of the new one.
Hoping the replacement will solve the problem.
