My actual thermostat shows connected, app says offline. Reset works for few days then offline again

My actual thermostat shows connected, app says offline. Reset works for few days then offline again. I can’t find anything on the app to change that would help this issue.

Hey Blake,

Having your device show offline in the app is not ideal, sorry this is the case. Let's take a closer look and ensure your device is working properly and showing online in the app. Do you mind me asking,

1. Is the Nest App or Google Home app showing it's offline?
2. Are you connected to the Wi-Fi on both devices?
3. Have you tried to force-close the app, and make sure that it's been updated to the latest software?
