My nest thermostat continuous heating 3-4 degrees above the

My next thermostat used to turn off right after reaching the set up temperature. Currently, it heats up several degrees above the established temperature 3-4 degrees. 

in contrast, when I use the fan, they system turns off immediately after the time is complete. 

Does anyone know what might be happening? I even bought a new thermostat but the problem continues.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is heating several degrees above the established temperature before shutting off. If you already bought a new Nest Thermostat and the issue still persists, I highly recommend you contact a pro to service your system to check if the issue is isolated there.
