It goes offline about 24 to 48 hours after restarting. The wifi is connected, the nest server appears to disconnect. Error message is m22

Hi y'all,

Andres: Sorry to hear about about your thermostat issues! That sure can be frustrating. I'm happy to look into this error for you.

Here's our troubleshooter for the M22 error, which usually appears after one of the following:
  • Installed your Nest thermostat and trying to connect it to Wi-Fi for the first time.
  • Reconnected your thermostat to a network whose name or other information has changed.
  • Selected a different network to connect your thermostat to.
Let us know how it goes!

Michael: I like your suggestion! I'll be sure to send over feedback to our developers. We appreciate it. 🙂

That didn't work for me. For me it says install stable power source even though the lithium batteries I put in are good and new. error - g.co/nest/m22

I have an identical issue. I just reset the thermostat and it still says connect a stable power source. wifi disconnected. However, I can see it on the google home app and remote connect to it.
